is a supplement consisting of an optimal combination of two nutrients, allowing you to increase your strength and endurance beyond normal training and intensity.
The 2:1 ratio of Creatine and Beta-alanine forms a matrix that works in synergy, suitable for strength or resistance training of long or short duration, such as contact sports, cycling, athletics, bodybuilding, fitness, swimming, etc.
Creatine is a natural substance produced in the body to provide us with energy. Most people produce about 2 grams of creatine per day. It facilitates energy production (ATP), improves anabolic processes, stimulates the growth of muscle fibers, improves strength and muscle contraction, and increases the hydration of muscle cells.
It also has strong anti-catabolic properties, which significantly accelerates recovery time.
Beta-Alanine is considered ideal for higher intensity repetition ranges and endurance due to its ability to buffer lactic acid. Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid used by muscle cells to synthesize carnosine, which acts as a buffer for acids produced during strenuous exercise, helping to maintain optimal muscle pH.

Buffered pH-correct creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (L-ascorbic acid – vitamin C), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, tricalcium phosphate), flavors, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colors (carmine (for mixed berries flavor), riboflavin (for lemon flavor), paprika extract (for orange flavor), caramel (for cola & cherry flavor), copper chlorophyllin (for apple-kiwi flavor)).
