Is an L-Carnitine base and chromium source delivering 1500 mg of L-Carnitine and 20 mcg of chromium per serving in liquid form. Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid produced by the body and found in the mitochondria, where fatty acids are burned and converted into energy.

Direction for use
Take 5 ml, 30-60 minutes before exercise with your meal and/or your post workout meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.
