Instructions for use

Add 3 ½ scoops (250g) to 500ml of water or skimmed milk and mix well. Consume 1 to 3 servings per day depending on your calorie needs.

Carbohydrate complex (dextrose monohydrate, maltodextrin, waxy maize starch, fructose), protein complex (whey protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, skimmed milk powder, milk protein concentrate), amino acid complex (L-glutamine, BCAA 2:1:1 (leucine, isoleucine and valine), glycine, taurine, calcium – HMB, D-aspartic acid), cocoa powder – for Chocolate and Dark Cookie flavour, creatine monohydrate, anti-caking agents (tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide), flavourings, enzyme complex (amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).
